The article presents the developed personality-oriented model of professional development of teaching staff of technical universities on the basis of a personality-oriented approach, the results of testing a variable” model on the example of the organization of the development of professional competence of teachers with different levels of qualifications, experience and education, tools for diagnosing the initial, current, final state of pedagogical activity and personality of teachers and the entire teaching staff.
