Increasing the creativity of the teacher in teaching students in the field of semiconductor technology
Abstract
The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental research on increasing the creativity of teachers of technical higher educational and professional educational institutions and the development of methods for teaching technical disciplines based on electronic semiconductor devices. This article is devoted to the modernization and improvement of training and education in technical universities, which causes the fourth industrial revolution, also called industry 4.0 (Industry 4.0). The purpose of this study is the qualitative modernization of education in technical universities based on innovative ideas and digital technologies. The article presents the main results of a study of the modernization of teaching special subjects in technical universities for the bachelor's degree program "Mechatronics and Robotics" conducted in accordance with the project "MECHAUZ: Modernization of the undergraduate curriculum "Mechatronics and Robotics" based on innovative ideas and digital technologies" within the framework of the FAI funded program World Bank. The main conceptual formulations of modernization are outlined, as well as ways of responding to modernization. The Modernized curriculum compiled by the authors of this study conducted and tested at the Andijan Machine-Building Institute, as well as the results of experimental and verification work at the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Al-Khwarizmi are characterized.
