Abstract

James Clear is a writer and speaker focused on habits, decision making and continuous improvment. He is the author of Atomic Habits. An easy and proven way to build good habits and break bad ones is given in this book. In general, habits are the small decisions you make and actions you perform every day. The backbone of this book is my four - s tep model of habits - cue, craving, response and reward-and the four laws of behavior change that evolve out of these steps.
