Abstract
line-water solutions was established and their dynamics were studied depending on the temperature of the solution and the concentration of γ-picoline in the solution. Analysis of the research results confirms the assumption of the microheterogeneous structure of aqueous solutions in the vicinity of a singular point on the phase diagram of the state in temperatureconcentration coordinates. The microheterogeneity of the structure of an aqueous solution of γ-picoline determines the maximum intensity of light scattering and the negative dispersion of the speed of sound in the hypersonic frequency range.
