Abstract
The article provides a brief overview of scientific works on modeling the dynamic behavior of buildings and structures worldwide and presents the results of calculations of displacements, accelerations, and stresses obtained in the numerical study of forced vibrations of multi-story buildings subject to external harmonic impacts, corresponding to an earthquake with an intensity of 9 points in the soil conditions of the republic Uzbekistan within the framework of the plate model.
