Abstract

The review article provides information on the producers, chemical nature, spectrum and mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics of echinocandins, representing a new class of antifungal compounds used in the treatment of deep human mycoses. В обзорной статье приводятся сведения о продуцентах, химической природе, спектре и механизме действия, фармокинетике эхинокандинов, представляющих новый класс противогрибковых соединений, применяемых при лечении глубоких микозов человека.
