INTEGRATED EDUCATION: METHODS OF FORMING PHYSICAL POTENTIAL AND SPIRITUAL IMMUNITY IN STUDENTS

Abstract

This article analyzes effective methods for developing students’ physical potential and spiritual immunity through integrated education. The paper substantiates the interconnection between physical, intellectual, moral, and aesthetic development within an integrative approach to teaching and upbringing. It analyzes ways to promote a healthy lifestyle, increase physical activity, and harmonize sports and cultural engagement to strengthen students’ willpower, psychological stability, and spiritual resilience. The role of national values, social engagement, a positive psychological environment, and digital culture in fostering spiritual immunity is also discussed. The study presents scientifically grounded approaches for shaping not only students’ physical readiness but also their psychological balance, self-awareness, social responsibility, and civic identity. The article concludes that improving the system of integrated education in higher institutions contributes to the development of healthy, active, and spiritually mature individuals.
