Abstract

ABSTRACT The paper indicates to the study of supply chain sustainability strategies, when the risks faced by all business farm in supply chains are so complex, diverse and sudden that it becomes more difficult than ever to predict and determine the probability of their materialization. It substantiates the relevance of supply chain management (Supply Chain Management SCM). It has been determined that in order to competitive advantages in the market sector, business sector need to improve supply chain management properly, which will reduce the cost of production to delivery, optimize times, as well as customer satisfaction. It is proposed to consider the risk management mechanism in business sector as a set of mutually agreed methods, procedures, management tools, taking into account the role of each subject of the supply chain. It is concluded that the correct risk assessment mechanism in the supply chain for business sector should constitute an appropriate tool for assessing the effectiveness of risk management from the point of view of all business sector in the supply chain.
