ANALYSIS OF INSOLVENCY IN CHEMICAL COMPAIES
Abstract
This study investigates the fnancial stability of companies in the chemical industry, focusing primarily on theIndonesian and Indian stock exchanges. Given the industry's critical role in the global economy, the research analyzeskey factors contributing to insolvency risk in chemical companies, examines the impact of operational inefciencies, andassesses the influence of regulatory and market factors on fnancial stability. Utilizing quantitative methods for bankruptcyprediction, such as the Altman Z-score and Springate S-Score, the study evaluates the fnancial data of several companiesacross different countries. The fndings underscore the importance of liquidity management, operational efciency, andproactive regulatory compliance in mitigating insolvency risks.
