Abstract

This article explores the impact of the number of workers on the proftability of enterprises. Statistical dataand fnancial reports of companies were analyzed during the research. Correlation and regression analyses revealedthe relationship between workforce size and proftability. Qualitative data were gathered through expert interviews. Thefndings highlight the importance of eﬀective workforce management in improving proftability
