MAIN COMPONENTS OF HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article examines the main components of human capital management. Human capital assessment is often a whole system of managing the effectiveness of employees of an organization. Thanks to the introduction of such a system, each employee is able to evaluate his contribution to the development of the organization, which is often a motivation for improving their work processes and increasing their professional skills.
