Abstract

This work is devoted to study an optimal control problem described by an infinite system of ternary differential equations in the Hilbert space l 2 . An integral constraint is imposed on the control function. We aim to steer the state of the system from the given initial point to the origin of the space l 2 for the shortest time. We find an equation for the optimal time, and construct an optimal control.
