Abstract

The article discusses the problems of video transmission over an optical network at 5G speed and describes a combined Haar method cascade and convolutional neural network (CNN) for image processing, improving the quality of data transmission. The Haar Cascade and CNN method are an effective way of image processing that provides effective detection and selection of key objects, which helps to reduce data redundancy and optimize the transmission process. The purpose of the study is to improve the accuracy of object recognition in the frame, reduce the amount of transmitted information and improve the quality of the video stream under high network load conditions based on the proposed method.
