THE IMPACT OF ETHICAL GUIDELINES ON CURRENT TEACHING AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS

Abstract

This article explores the impact of ethical guidelines on contemporary teaching and learning environments. Ethical principles in education guide teachers’ behavior, shape classroom interactions, and influence students’ academic and social development. By examining current research, classroom observations, and teacher reflections, this study demonstrates that adherence to ethical standards improves classroom management, fosters respect and fairness, and enhances student engagement. The findings highlight the importance of integrating professional ethics into teaching practices to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
