Abstract

Resume. Neurohistological methods were used to study the intramural nerve apparatus of the common bile duct wall in dogs. Ganglia, nerve cells, and receptors were identified. The majority of receptors are concentrated in the terminal section of the common bile duct, that is, at the opening of the ampulla of Vater into the intestine.
