Abstract

The aim of the work is to develop a simplified design of the transmission mechanism for a squeezing machine with working shafts of different diameters. An improved design of the transmission mechanism for the working bodies of technological machines is proposed. The structure and operating principle of the developed toothed-lever differential transmission mechanism for a roller squeezing machine are described. This transmission mechanism uses toothed wheels of different diameters, levers, and other elements. The transmission mechanism ensures the same linear speed of rotation at the points of contact of the working shafts with the processed material. As a result, by ensuring the same linear speed of shafts with different diameters, a uniform feed of material between the shafts is achieved. The degree of mobility (freedom) of the main links of the toothed-lever differential transmission mechanism is determined. The developed toothed-lever mechanism is recommended for use in the design of roller squeezing or similar machines.
