This study examines digital services and customer experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, mobile technologies, and automation systems. Based on recent statistical data, the research highlights how digital transformation improves operational efficiency, increases customer satisfaction, and enhances revenue performance in global hospitality businesses. The study also analyzes regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and ISO standards that govern data protection and digital service delivery in the industry.
