Abstract
This article examines the theoretical aspects of state economic incentives in expanding fisheries activities. It highlights the role of the fisheries sector in agriculture and the importance of state support mechanisms in improving its economic efficiency. In particular, the theoretical foundations of subsidies, concessional loans, tax incentives, and investment promotion tools are analyzed.
