Abstract
This thesis examines the role of demographic processes in regional economic development from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It also highlights ways to fully utilize a region’s economic potential through the effective management of demographic processes, ensuring employment, regulating migration, and achieving sustainable economic growth. The thesis emphasizes the importance of the alignment between demographic and economic policies in regional development.
