Workforce Planning and Optimization with Digital Twin: Insights from Social Media Campaigns for Sustainable Development Goals
Abstract
This chapter explores the transforming power of modern digital twin human resource (HR) 5.0 technologies in transforming manpower optimization in light of sustainable development goals (SDGs). Highlighting their great synergy in promoting sustainability, it focuses on the interaction of digital twin analytics with social media marketing tactics. This research paper shows how digital twin HR 5.0 technologies combined with social media campaigns, resource allocation, customer satisfaction, creating awareness, and engagement prediction could improve manpower productivity and support more sustainability. By means of a quantitative survey, this chapter explores public interaction with SDG-related advertising, enabling the modern use of digital twin frameworks to improve recruitment engagement, increase resource allocation, and so increase general performance. Through an analysis of these crossroads, this chapter suggests all-encompassing plans for using digital twin HR 5.0 technologies to produce more sustainable manpower operations. The results offer insightful analysis of how businesses may better match their manpower strategies with sustainable goals, so as to not only better operational effectiveness but also help to realize more general environmental and social goals.
