Abstract
This article describes how to effectively solve plan-ning problems from the point of view of operational efficiency of production process management. Therefore, the main task of this management task is the task of scheduling. In the conditions of discrete single production, the management of the organization of production should consist in the management of internal factors of the organizational environment of the production enterprise. The main issues of production systems management are issues related to achieving the main goal of the functioning of the production unit.
