Abstract

We prove the unique solvability of a nonlocal boundary-value problem for a degenerate parabolic-hyperbolic equation of the second kind in the case when a nonlocal boundary condition is specified on the first part of the characteristic, while the Bitsadze-Samarskii condition is specified on the second part and on the parallel characteristic.
