Abstract

In the paper “Fundamental solutions of generalized bi-axially symmetric Helmholtz equation”, Complex Variables and Elliptic Equations, 52(8), 2007, 673–683, fundamental solutions of generalized bi-axially symmetric Helmholtz equation (GBSHE), were constructed in , which express confluent hypergeometric functions Kummer from three variables. In this article, using one of the constructed fundamental solutions, in the domain the boundary value problem N is solved. A solution of a boundary value problem is defined in an explicit form.
