Abstract
The article proposes a model of research the influence of reliability parameters of the transport subnet of an infocommunication system on qualitative network parameters, based on queuing theory, shows the degree of influence of the availability coefficient on the values of the probability of uptime and the probability of loss of message packets of external traffic.
