Abstract

Dried black mulberry leaf contains many compounds. Contains phenol and flavonoids. The aim of this study is to determine the phenol content and antioxidant activity using the DPPH method. Samples of dried mulberry leaves were taken for research. The antioxidant activity was then examined and compared. The results are presented graphically. The following were analyzed in the conducted experiments: Examination of the properties of the extract; Quality control of phenolic compounds; Qualitative examination of the antioxidant content of the fraction; A preliminary test of antioxidants. Pictures of the analyzed samples are presented and the sequence of work is fully described.
