Abstract

This paper introduces NULLO (∅) — the ontological zero-point — as the generative principle from which the Fractal Metascience Paradigm (FMP) holographically emerges. NULLO is not emptiness but primordial potential: a pre-linguistic substrate projecting into reality via Post-Lingua Trace (PLT) mechanisms. Validated through AIUZ Terra Codex.
