Abstract

TA-14 Admissible Execution Architecture is an evidence-first governance architecture designed to determine whether consequence-bearing execution should be allowed to proceed. The architecture governs the chain: Reality → Record → Continuity → Admissibility → Binding → Commit → Execution → Outcome Its core doctrine is: “No admissible evidence. No admissible execution.” Volume 1 documents the foundational architecture, governance principles, review methodology, evidence governance discoveries, protection architecture findings, consequence formation governance, admissibility degradation science, institutional memory architecture, governance case law development, and the emergence of Admissibility Precedent Architecture. This monograph serves as the foundational reference publication for the TA-14 corpus and establishes the baseline architecture upon which future TA-14 standards, reviews, evidence objects, governance frameworks, and research publications may build. This publication is intended as a public architectural reference and governance research work. It is not a certification, legal opinion, security audit, regulatory determination, or production validation.
