TA-14 Execution Reality Governance Architecture: The Governance of Reality Verification Before Execution, Outcome Reality, Outcome, and New Reality

Greggory Don ButlerTA-14 Admissible Execution Architecture
ABI

Abstract

TA-14 Execution Reality Governance Architecture is the architecture family within TA-14 that governs what must be true of present reality at the execution boundary before a committed state may become action. It extends Commit Governance by formalizing the boundary-time reality-verification condition required before Execution, Outcome Reality, Outcome, and New Reality may proceed. Version 1.2 integrates Execution Exposure Architecture, Execution Consequence Activation Architecture, Execution Fracture Science, Execution Survivability Architecture, Execution Ecology Architecture, and route-complete execution-reality proof controls. Execution Reality establishes that Commit creates execution entitlement, but entitlement alone does not authorize action. Execution Reality verifies whether present reality still supports carrying execution entitlement into consequence-bearing action. Core doctrine: No verified execution reality. No admissible execution.
