TA-14 Execution Governance Architecture: The Governance of Consequence-Bearing Action Before Outcome Reality, Outcome, and New Reality

Greggory Don ButlerTA-14 Admissible Execution Architecture
ABI

Abstract

TA-14 Execution Governance Architecture is the architecture family within TA-14 that governs when verified execution reality may become consequence-bearing action before Outcome Reality, Outcome, and New Reality may proceed. It extends Execution Reality Governance by formalizing the action-control layer required after boundary-time reality verification and before post-action reality may be evaluated. Version 1.2 upgrades the v1.0 candidate by integrating Execution Consequence Containment Architecture, Execution Ecology Architecture, Execution Survivability Science, Execution Escalation Architecture, Execution Momentum Science, Execution Restoration Architecture, Execution Accountability Architecture, and Execution State Transition Science. Execution is not merely a tool call or operational event. Execution is a governable action state that must remain scoped, monitored, interruptible, contained, accountable, and outcome-ready while it occurs.
