TA-14 Outcome Governance Architecture: The Governance of Verified, Attributed, Preserved, and Accountable Outcome Before New Reality
Abstract
TA-14 Outcome Governance Architecture is the architecture family within TA-14 that governs when verified outcome reality may become classified, attributed, preserved, accountable, reliance-bounded, stewardship-ready, and admissible for New Reality inheritance. It extends Outcome Reality Governance by formalizing the governance layer required after post-action reality verification and before New Reality Governance may proceed. Version 1.2 integrates Outcome Stewardship Architecture, Outcome Liability Boundary Architecture, Outcome Reliance Boundary Architecture, Outcome Exception Architecture, Outcome Supersession Architecture, Outcome Preservation Architecture, Outcome Accountability Lifecycle Architecture, and route-complete New Reality handoff controls. Outcome Reality verifies that a claimed result is supported by post-action reality. Outcome Governance determines whether that verified result may become an admissible outcome.
