Karen Medsker is Associate Professor of HRD at Marymount University and a performance improvement consultant. She has directed instructional development projects in both corporate and university settings. She holds a Ph.D. in instructional systems from Florida State University. Karen was 1991–92 President of the Potomac Chapter of NSPI
