Kathryn E. O'Rourke is Assistant Professor of Art History at Trinity University in San Antonio where she teaches courses on the art and architecture of Latin America and on the history of modern architecture. Her research focuses on twentieth-century architecture in Mexico City and has appeared in the Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians and the Journal of Architectural Education, among other venues. She is currently at work on a book project about the rise of national architectural history in Mexico and its effects on the development of modern architecture in Mexico City in the first half of the twentieth century
