Аннотация
The dependence of the electrical resistivity and yield stress on the degree of deformation has been investigated in polycrystalline titanium at temperatures of 77 and 4.2 °K. At 4.2 °K the electrical resistivity displays a jump which correlates with the jump in the deforming stress. It is shown that this effect can also be observed for other titanium alloys.
