Аннотация
The superconducting characteristics and electron–phonon interaction (EPI) spectra in the normal state are investigated experimentally for microscopic point contacts. A relation is established between the magnitude of the excess current and the absolute intensity of the microcontact EPI function, defined for the model of a pure orifice. The dependence of the excess on the voltage is studied, and new nonlinearities in the characteristics of the superconducting contacts are detected at high voltages.
