Switch-mode power supply RFI-filters design is a complicated process which can't be formalized severely. because of great variety factors influenced on filters attenuation: charactor and meanings of EMI sources and receptors resistances; filter elements types; SMPS, RFI-filter and energy receiver variants of connection and grounding etc.
