Аннотация

We have studied intravalley conduction electron scattering processes at the surface of a bismuth crystal with a specularly reflecting surface, using the method of focused electrons, and we have determined the angular dependence of the specular reflection coefficient corresponding to this scattering. The dependence found corresponds to the geometry of the experiment, which excludes any contribution of intervalley scattering processes.
