In the article the results of the researches executed for last 20 years in the given direction have been represented by authors. In the researches the basic attention has been given to the most full account of transfer environment features, the information addressees and properties of information kinds. Theoretical and experimental researches of transformation, compression, transfer and reception, decrease in probability of erroneous information reception methods and devices in researched system are stated.
