Аннотация

Mycelia growth of Lepista sordida was studied under 7 kinds of C sources,8 kinds of N sources and 8 kinds of C/N.The results showed that the optimal C source was potato,next came husked sorghum grain,sucrose and glucose.The optimal N source was peptone,next came yeast extract,beef extract and sodium nitrite.The best C/N was 40∶1.
