Аннотация

The article deals with the problem of protecting the environment from negative anthropogenic impacts. Violations of the existing ecological balance in regions with a high anthropogenic load, and, first of all, persistent air pollution, cause a lot of problems - the growth of oncological, allergic, asthmatic and other diseases among the population, deterioration of the fertility of agricultural land, the state of flora and fauna. A mathematical model and a numerical algorithm describing the process of spread of active aerosol particles are developed in the article for monitoring, forecasting and making management decisions on the protection of the boundary layer of the atmosphere, the underlying mobility of the ground, soil, and groundwater, The model and algorithm take into account the weather and climatic factors, rates of forward and reverse reactions and the reaction rate of decomposition of mixture under the influence of chemical reaction. A finite-difference numerical algorithm of a high order of accuracy in spatial variables and in time was developed for numerical integration.
