Organizational and Economic Modeling of the System of Interregional Industrial Cooperation as a Control Object
Аннотация
One of the possible ways to organize joint activities is the creation and management of complex objects that arise as part of the formation of chains of interregional industrial cooperation in the production of high technology products that have signs of innovation, market demand and commercial attractiveness. At the same time, for effective interaction in the cooperative system, it is necessary to establish the main properties of interregional industrial cooperation in the production of high technology products as an economic phenomenon, as well as to identify the features of interregional industrial cooperation in the production of high technology products. An important scientific problem is the lack of organizational and economic models for systems of interregional industrial cooperation as an object of management. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that any industrial enterprise must be motivated to participate in interregional industrial cooperation. The elements of scientific novelty are contained in the formed scientific and methodological conditions and the development of an organizational and economic mechanism for practical application in the management of interregional industrial cooperation. The article summarizes the priority integration motives within the framework of the synergetic theory, allowing to increase the size of the effects of the cooperative system for all interested parties, for example, taking the form of increased income and cost savings. The factors of successful development of interregional industrial cooperation in the production of high-tech products are systematized and the directions of resource support for the commercialization of high-tech products in interregional industrial cooperation are determined. An adapted methodology for analyzing the commercial maturity of a participant in cooperative interaction is proposed. It is concluded that the solution of such tasks is impossible without the organization of effective interaction of stakeholders representing scientific, technical, industrial, trade and financial spheres. However, in market conditions, when the state is not the owner of the majority of economic entities, the use of command and administrative management methods is impossible. Therefore, the participants in the interaction and other interested parties are forced to look for adequate ways to coordinate efforts.
