Аннотация

Today, many scientific works are being carried out by scientists on the collection, saving and efficient use of electrical energy. Uninterruptible power supply is becoming important for electric power sources. Many energy storage solutions are currently being offered to ensure energy continuity. One of the most common solutions for storing electricity is batteries. However, batteries have a number of disadvantages, such as low power density, short service life, and a limited number of charge/discharge cycles. In recent years, the supercapacitor has gained a foothold in electrical energy storage systems due to its high power density, long lifetime, and unlimited charge/discharge cycle, competing with current energy storage solutions. In this article, we will consider the methods of using supercapacitors used in energy storage systems.
