Аннотация

The paper considers the conditions of Riesz summability of spectral decompositions associated with the elliptic Bessel operator in an arbitrary $$N$$ -dimensional domain adjacent to the hypersurface of the singularity. Necessary and sufficient conditions for summability of decompositions of continuous functions on a given hypersurface are established.
