In the logistics industry, businesses are using cutting-edge techniques to increase. Drone use in the logistics industry is a step in the right way. It is necessary to carefully examine any potential barriers to the seamless integration of drones into the logistics industry. Using the Delphi technique and process, the current research uses the fuzzy Delphi approach to identify and prioritize the essential analytical obstacles, as well as the actualization of AHP. First, a thorough literature analysis and expert opinion are used to identify 34 impediments. Moreover, the FDM is used to determine which obstacles are pertinent among all of the barriers. Finally, the AHP approach is used to prioritize the obstacles according to their criticality. The research comes to the conclusion that the biggest obstacles to the use of drones in the logistics industry are laws and threats. Critical impediments that have been identified include public perception and psychology, environmental concerns, technological challenges, and economic considerations. There is also discussion of the management implications of the results that may aid both policymakers and professionals in the efficient use of drones in industry.
