Аннотация

With the integration of high penetration renewable energy, its randomness and uncertainty can easily lead to voltage and frequency fluctuation at the end of the power grid, protection malfunction, and reduced fault ride-through capability. Therefore, high penetration of renewable energy brings new challenges, risks, and opportunities for enhancing the resilience of distribution networks under extreme scenarios. On this basis, this paper establishes an overall framework for improving distribution network resilience, covering four key aspects: energy storage optimal allocation, operation control and protection, risk regulation, coordinated restoration. Subsequently, considering the phases of pre-disaster prevention, response during disaster, and post-disaster recovery, the paper systematically analyzes technical pathways for enhancing distribution network resilience under extreme scenarios through the coordinated operation of photovoltaic, energy storage, and load resources. Finally, the key steps for implementing the technical pathways and engineering demonstration applications are presented.
