Justification of the parameters of the plough growth device

Analyzed is the energy intensity of traction processes during plowing performed by agricultural tractors. Investigated is the influence of hitch device parameters on movement stability and tillage depth of a mounted two-tier plough with rippers. Identified is the effect of tractor vibrations on angular displacements of the working bodies depending on hitch geometry. Studied is the interaction within the tractor–hitch–plough–soil system and load distribution on the support wheel. Determined is an analytical expression for evaluating stability and maintaining a depth of 0.25–0.35 m. Established is the influence of vertical hitch spacing on dynamic equilibrium. Formed is a mathematical equilibrium model. Proposed, developed, substantiated, and presented are rational hitch parameters, including optimal distances of 0.99–1.02 m and 0.30–0.40 m ensuring stable operation.
