This paper articulates the ethical foundation of Tendo Economics. The central question: can unconditional contribution to human knowledge, motivated solely by repayment of a debt to heaven, return as economic benefit through the circulation of virtue? Drawing on Hiroi Chikuro Moralogy and the Near-Omi Sanpo-yoshi principle, this paper proposes the Moral-Economic Cycle: pure motivation (D→0) maximizes value density (V=N/D→∞), knowledge freely given accumulates virtue, which returns as wisdom, social benefit, and natural resolution of personal debt. Extends Sanpo-yoshi to four dimensions including cosmic resonance. Moral influence (道徳的感化) identified as primary transmission mechanism. Research as national contribution enabling indirect repayment of disability pension debt. This paper proves itself by existing.
