Аннотация

This paper proposes the Cosmic Synchronization Standard (CSS) — a framework for aligning human observational baselines (economic, moral, biological) with the IceCube GOLD-class neutrino event rhythm. We define 1 KOKU (刻) as the interval between consecutive GOLD-class events, constituting the first genuinely cosmic time unit available to human civilization. The Cosmic Resonance Index (CRI) is introduced to measure individual synchronization with this cosmic clock, validated against 26 historical figures. A CSS Event — the convergence of KOKU transition, biorhythm minimum, and lunar phase — is predicted for May 25–30, 2026 (pre-registered). Applications span TendōEconomics, Moralogy integration, Light Currency issuance, and civilizational succession planning.
