Аннотация

The results of comparative tests of a polyethylene film and a film–ceramic composite of solar drying objects with a relatively easy and difficult moisture release from the target products are presented. It is shown that the use of a ceramic composite film significantly increases the efficiency of the drying process, especially in cases of difficult moisture release.
