Аннотация

We present the results of investigation of the tensoresistive characteristics of crystals of TlIn1–x Co x Se2 solid solutions with compositions in the interval of cobalt concentrations within 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5. In addition, the temperature dependence of the tensometric sensitivity of crystals has been studied at 300 K ≤ T ≤ 410 K. The crystals under consideration proved to be promising materials for semiconductor tensometry.
