Аннотация

A semi-industrial recirculating solar dryer (RSD) with a recuperative heat exchanger (RHE) for drying fruits and vegetables has been developed. A complete modernization of the installation was carried out to obtain an absolutely autonomous solar drying (SD) installation. The SD consists of a drying chamber, a ventilation system, a solar panel for autonomy systems, automatic control panel. The proposed SD uses only solar energy. Under natural conditions in a helio-drying plant, the temperature and humidity conditions in the process of drying fruits were experimental studied, and studies were carried out on the dependences of the kinetics of drying fruits and other vegetables. Regime of temperature-humidity and the kinetics of drying fruits in various modes were studied: with and without recirculation of the drying agent. From the data obtained, it is shown that the period of fruit drying in a SD with a RHE is reduced by two times compared to a conventional SD.
